Not 5yrs for iud?? Isit painful down there Can we still active with all those normal activitues

Agree with Jamie. Abstaining will be the cheapest (no cost) and there wouldn't be any pain coz.. nothing happened. Otherwise, you can take birth control pills which are prescribed by your GP.
