Completely dry bottle before using?

When washing & drying baby bottles, do they have to be completely dry before using them for feeding? What do you do if there are droplets of water?

As long as been sterilised, the water droplets are sterile and safe for bb’s consumption. So no need to dry the bottles. If u prefer to have dry bottles, can consider a Uv steriliser - dries and sterilises, convenient.
