Daddy paternity leave
When should apply the paternity leave for husband . As I’m sharing some or my maternity leave for hubby . As for myself i have to apply it but do husband also need to apply too? And how to apply it . Is it this one?
Yes this is the one your hubby has to fill up and also the profamily declaration that you are sharing your maternity leave. From what i know, both paternity n shAred parental leave can only be taken after you have delivered. For my co, staff has to submit this paternity form with child birth certificate. For shared parental leave, the shared parental declaration form n the declaration which u declare to share your maternity leave (dl from profamily web once u complete) Hope this helps abit!
