When is it ok to bring the baby out of the house? Exhausted and getting tired of the 4 walls of my room. Really feel like a day out would help!

Any time really. During the first week baby was already out to see the PD for the first follow up. In the first place, baby was born out of the house anyway right? Haha. Shouldn't have any restrictions.
