Chicken Essence and Bird Nest

Since first tri.. I'm having bird nest once a week.. though not scientific proven, just that it was already bought so got to finish it.

Chic essence, daily before pregnant to 3rd trimester Bird nest 3rd trimester, 3x a week

I started on my third trimester with fresh coconut juice. I will drink once a day only.

I started chicken during 2nd tri. And bird nest on 3rd tri

Started from 2nd trimester onwards and once a week.
