37-38 weeks : early term 39-40 weeks : full term 41-42 weeks : late term Gynae will usually won’t recommend at week 42 for inducing. Unless gynae approved but advisable by week 40 Normal delivery is better because you will recover faster than c sect. And takes abt 28 or 30 days to recover during confinement. After that you can eat most of the things or workout. C sect - takes 6 months to fully recover Eg wounds ; you cannot eat chicken or seafood etc Some maybe will recover earlier but certain food you still cannot eat compared to normal delivery. Some even still feel pain on n off at the wounds area, it takes years to recover ( so it depends how’s your immune ) If you are Not sure can always ask your gynae :)
