What are the sign(s) your child shows?

My 7 month old make all sort of sounds when he pooped. he goes to the tummy down position 🤣

I always change every 4hr no matter soil or not due to sensitive skin my kid have

Change everytime after her milkfeed which is every 3hrs! Want to avoid diaper rash 🤗

facial expression, looks uncomfortable and saggy diaper.

my baby doesnt cry, i wil juz observe for her diaper to change color if its wet

urine will change every 3hrs. if poo he will tell me then I will change

I change every 2 and a half hours regardless and do frequent checks.

changing every 3 hours usually follow her feeding tine
