When is The the best to time to start working out after birth?

Best time is when you feel you are fully ready. Minimum wait time depends on each women age, fitness, body, type of delivery, etc - best is to get OK from your gynae to be on safe side

Around 8 weeks after birth sounds good, to be frank I did some swimming around 4 to 5 weeks but caught a cold, so it's true that the body takes time to recover!

Each mom heals differently. Best to check with your doctor as she will know your healing process the most

I don’t think there’s a best time. Most importantly is that you feel physically ready to tackle it :)

On my 5th week im on the threadmil for my cardio walk . 1hour x3 times a week
