What's your favourite pasta sauce recipe?

Carbonara Sauce is my favourite. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tyler-florence/spaghetti-alla-carbonara-recipe.html My two main hurdles each time I try to make this sauce is that 1. I can't seemed to combine the egg and cheese mixture well enough 2. preventing the egg from becoming scrambled eggs when adding the sauce to the pasta Regardless how it turned out each time, I always enjoyed it because it's cheese and eggs! ;)
