Whatever I eat all throw up..what else I can do?

hey congrats! I was like you during my first tri, now I'm at my 2nd tri i feel better. hang in there!! just throw up whenever u feel like to don't keep it in, throw up will make u feel better after. go for small meals, even if u can't eat but u will still feel hungry just force urself eat biscuit or drink oat, at least something in ur stomach. if not go to ur gynae they can give u medicine makes u feel better. jia you!

Hi Mummy to be first of all congratulations!!for me that lasted till i reach second trimester nothing helped me,i use to drink just soup and thats how i make sure i have energy ,eat one thing that doesn’t leave you hungry even if it means just fruits

I drank a lot of sparkling water to help with the nausea. Ate small meals and ate a lot of porridge / soup. What helped me greatly was kimchi soup because it can be a bit sour due to the fermented kimchi used and it’s light on my tummy. Try that?

If it’s so bad that you can’t eat small portions every few hours or even snack on biscuits or oats, then please see a doc, they can prescribe you with some medication to curb the morning sickness. Take care Mummy, it will soon be over. 😉

Hey congrats on ur pregnancy I was like this too when I was on my first tri but then try to eat in small portions, if it didn’t work out see the doctor like the others have said okay?

take small meals.. lemon water, milo and meiji crackers are my best friend.

been there with my first pregnancy, eat small portion but frequently

Can try some hot ginger tea/ chamomile tea

Take small snacks. Drink milk, soya milk

the doctor prescribed dimenhydrinate for me

it's effective but it makes u really drowsy. I slept the whole day after taking it. Helps with giddiness as well.
