Those are dried up milks! You can just take a wet cloth to clean it or i will usually just scrap it of while im showering.

It should be milk duct, might be preparing for you to breast feed. It’s common, not feeling pain or anything right.

Dried up milk, I can't help but squeeze them. It can be an eyesore.

Clean them will do. Don't squeeze them if not will trigger contractions

Its normal :) Once you start feeding, it should clear.

It's probably dried up milk. Use a clean warm towel to clean.
