Tooth decay

What to do when you found out that your 3 years old is having tooth decay? I brought him to see dentist but he not so cooperative...and refuse to open his mouth widely..headache

Hi mummy, sorry to ride on, how much was the fees at the health promotion board dental centre? I heard good things about them but have not booked an appointment with them before.
