Wisdom tooth problem

Any mum has wisdom tooth decay problem when pregnant? Was it serious until need to extract? Any ways to settle it without having to extract? Cause I don't want to do, X Ray so potentially might need to end up doing surgery if the wisdom tooth broke half-way. :(
