Glucose reading

What’s the normal glucose reading for mummies here? I am 4.5-5 mmol if fasting. 5.6-6.5 mmol 2hrs after makan. If I drink sweet drinks, then sometimes go up to 7.6mmol. Doc marah and ugut will make me take insulin. My reading very high ke? I thought normal when I check online... ?

7.6mmol is not normal.. So better u dont take any sweet drink.. After food not high than 6.7mmol.
