What to do if u felt so tired and dizzy?

Rest more, drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables. If you can, you can try doing some yoga or stretching...

Rest whenever possible. If i get dizzy on train rides, i'll alight and rest at the platform before continuing my journey.

Sit down immediately and lying down if you can. I will have snack with me all the time. Like chocolate or candy.

Best is to sleep well and rest well. Try herbal tea as well

Do get some sleep and take some supplements, take care

Rest more. I take small naps in between working hours.

Eat more healthy, try to exercise and take vitamins.

Drink some water, lie down and try to sleep it off

Dizzy is dangerous as there is a risk of falling

Lay down to rest and drink lots plain water
