full custody

Karapatan po ang custody. Pag full custody, ibig sabihin, walang set limitations. In terms of Family Law po sa Pinas, in relation to a child, it is a right exercised by both parents, if child is legitimate, and solely by the mother if illegitimate. In case of disputes, paramount concern is the welfare and well being of the child. Generally, in case of disputes, if child is below 7 yrs of age (tender years), custody will be given to the mother. Exception is if there are compelling reasons to award custody to the father.
