Breakfast : Cereal, Bread with jam/kaya/peanut butter, pancakes, Oatmeal.. If eat out will be Bee Hoon, toasted bread with peanut butter/kaya and others.. Lunch : Rice - with Soup (try to boil soup with veg and meat) (rotate soup on different day like lotus root/spinach/watercress/winter melon/ shark fin melon/cabbage with carrot..) and Eggs(sometimes I add bacon/broccoli/prawns and etc) Noodle - Bak Cho Mee, Wantan Mee, Fishball noodle and any kind of noodle Dinner : Rice - with the same soup as lunch(cook 2 portion for lunch and dinner) and Chicken with mushrooms/Veg with chicken/Fried Fish/Sweet and Sour pork and other dishes.. Sometimes we eat out, LO eat any food that we eat except spicy food and LO doesn’t like porridge anymore when she was 2.
