Choose a variety of fish lower in mercury, such as salmon, tilapia, shrimp, tuna (canned-light), cod, and catfish. Consumption of white (albacore) tuna should not exceed 6 ounces per week.

I'm pregnant and crave fish all the time. Salmon, tuna, cod, sea bass, sardine. Just Google the ones that you shouldn't eat, it's a few.

Apart from lots of tuna, other types of fish are generally safe. The rule is not to eat too much of one type all the time.

need to avoid those with high mercury levels like shark, king mackerel, swordfish. pls avoid raw fish also

The smaller in size the fish, the lower the mercury content.
