in first trimester the baby is still not stable in mom stomach,. you should eat healthy foods and avoid exercise
I walk alot amd I start swimming at week 9...doc say swimming is the best exercise while pregenant:)
Weight lifting, just continued the usual but use lighter weight and not so much exercise with abs.
I walk, strength training (lesser weight/body weight) and I do low impact aerobics.

First trimester baby development is still not stable so best to avoid exercise.
Best to minimize exercise during first trimester. Only stroll or light walking.
Just walking for first trimester under gynae’s advise
