Can check out Shopee or Pupsik for different flange sizes from 15mm to 30mm. Or u cld also use a flange insert for the 28mm to make it fit a 24mm nip, though I personally wld rather buy another flange tt fits my size nicely. The suction shld not be of any difference as it depends on your adapter.
