Spectra Flange

What's the difference between the normal & wide neck flange? I know for different bottle but does it do any different on the suction wise? I'm using 24mm normal flange and all I see is 28mm for wide neck. Will my nipple fits?

Can check out Shopee or Pupsik for different flange sizes from 15mm to 30mm. Or u cld also use a flange insert for the 28mm to make it fit a 24mm nip, though I personally wld rather buy another flange tt fits my size nicely. The suction shld not be of any difference as it depends on your adapter.
