Do you take NIPT during 12 weeks?

I’ve googled it, looked similar to NT scan but the difference is the method to detect Down syndrome. NT scan is via ultrasound but NIPT is thru blood test. I went for NT scan today at 13w5d but too late cuz sono said my baby’s size is now at 14w2d, i guess the date KK’s gv to me was inaccurate. So the sono said advisable to do at 12w eventhough NT scan can be done at 11w-13w6d. You can opt for NT scan also if you’re at 12w 😇
