Generally, baby can start eating plain, unsweetened, pasteurized, whole-milk yoghurt after they start eating solid foods, at around 6 months. Not too sure if the brands sre available here but my overseas friends based in Europe give their baby plain Arla yoghurt or those by Gerber. But if you can't find them here, plain greek yogurt is great for babies too, it contains more live cultures which is great for your baby's stomach.
