Hi, what's the best, healthy plan to lose those silly baby fats? Esp for working mums who, you know, can only have so much of a "me time"? Thanks.

Hi Ruby! I shared a quick TABATA workout you can try in my session last night. Check the video stream to see what you can do! It's a simple routine that you can scale according to how much time you have. Maybe only do 3 exercises instead of 5 etc...
