Went for checkup but no baby or heart beat detected at 7 weeks . Did virginal scan only able to see super small figure . Dr suspect it’s early miscarriage. Till today there’s no bleeding at all. But womb is getting bigger . Anyone ever encountered this ? Now coming to 10 weeks already
