How much did your pregnancy symptoms fluctuate?

At week 7, the last few days I was pretty affected by cooking smells and very nauseated and fatigued. Today however my symptoms seem to have eased up. Looking for some reassurance that this yoyo type of swing may be normal? More concerned as I have miscarried before and one of the signs was loss of symptoms

Hey. I think the pregnancy symptoms come and go. They might not be the best gauge of heathy pregnancy. Sometimes the morning sickness may just go away soon after it’s peak. So it’s really normal. Have you went for your first Gynae check? For mine I go every 2 weeks to ensure baby is growing.

for my firstborn it peaked at week 8-10 so i guess I've been using that as a norm for healthy pregnancy! my first check is only next week and it's nerve wracking :(
