Hi Ameetess, my daughter school is in Makati and we lived in South. Regardless of waking up early & possible traffic on her way home, we prefer to send our daughter her school in Makati everyday. Similar to her Aunt who was also an Alumni in that school, wherein she has to wake up 4am everyday and travel from White Plains to Makati just to study in that particular school. I think it's not just the legacy but more on the holistic, vision & mission of the schools why parents still prefer to send their children to the same school they all studied before. More or less they also want their children to experience the same values & quality of education the school has to offer.
