walking and squatting

want ko na po manganak. 38 weeks and 1 day na po ako at ayoko na maghintay ng due date ko. kakastart ko lang po maglakad lakad ngayong araw na to. okay po ba yung 30 mins walk sa morning and afternoon tapos after ko nagwalk magssquat ng 60x every morning and afternoon. bababa po ba agad si baby? mataas pa daw po si baby eh. uminom din po ako ng pineapple juice. effective po ba yun? kelan po makikita yung result na bumaba na si baby? agad agad po ba or tiis tiis talaga maghintay? can't wait to see my baby na po kasi
