Nagpaalaga sa OB after my 2 miscarriages. Also, changed our lifestyle, less stress as much as possible. Folic acid and yoga (dito naging strong ung core ko) for me, multivitamins and cycling for hubby. Workup din just to be sure if may need to address sa health. Had my rainbow baby last Feb 2023 at 44yo. Prayers also. And if para sayo, ibibigay sayo. ?
