after bayun manganak or upon confirming that you are pregnant pwedi na mag file sa employer ?? or sa mismong sss?
1stime ko lang kasi maka maternity eh for my second pregnancy im on my 6weeks
If employed, submit Mat1 notif with ur ultrasound results sa HR mo. If unemployed, you can submit it online.
After delivery, submit Mat2 and certificate of live birth.
