bsta malalambot, squash potato carrot gnon momsh .. ngpapakulo ako ng bukod noon pra sa mga nauna kong anak ksi mhhrpan panunaw nila at mhrapan sila nguyain pg matitigas n foods. ung kaya lng nla nguyain muna.
