As per recommendation po ni pedia Mashed avocado po daw dapat ang first meal ni baby.😊 Tapos puro steamed veggies and fruits lang po muna. I-cut niyo po into finger size cut.😊👍🏼Ganon po ginawa namin kay hmbaby namin.

favorite po ng baby ko dati is steamed apples or pears tapos mashed. gustong gusto niya yun. steamed carrots din!
