Visiting friend condo for swim but her inlaws do not want us bringing baby up to shower, what can I do? shower in the toilet? Baby is 6 months

Maybe you can bring a thermoflask of warm water to at least wash the hair and sponge baby. Then do a proper bath at home after that.
