Visiting friend condo for swim but her inlaws do not want us bringing baby up to shower, what can I do? shower in the toilet? Baby is 6 months

Maybe you can bring a thermoflask of warm water to at least wash the hair and sponge baby. Then do a proper bath at home after that.
Bring some warm water to damp the face towel to wipe your child. Dry your child and go home asap to have a proper bath.

then don't swim. seriously if i cant bath my child properly then i will forgo the whole thing cos my child is my priority.
will in be too cold if shower in toilet if no water heater 😞
No choice then shower in the common toilet
