Jaundice check

My experience after checking for 5 days straight, doctor allowed us to come every 2 days cos the jaundice was still high. They wanted the result to be at least 6 or 5. I even argued with the doctor I had nobody to bring me & my baby to KK anymore cos my husband’s 1 week paternity leave already ended. My family, my neighbors already helped me before. And I couldn’t just show up via e-hailing since i gave birth thru csection. Then the doctor asked me to come on the weekends cos KK is open for jaundice checking

all of my sons had prolonged jaundice before (>30 days). Usually, for the 1st two weeks straight, they check the bilirubin level everyday. if it's still high, they will withdraw some blood to check for the thyroid function and LFT (liver function test), also some urine samples. After that, we need to check for the bilirubin levels every 2 days until the levels within the normal range (

saya bawa anak 1st untuk 30 hari non stop. jaudince dia teruk sampai 30 hari. setiap bulan sampai umur 1 tahun dr ambil darah untuk check condition dia. I and suami I O+ then baby also O+. I emergency czer. Saya seorang handle everything. Go and back by grab. both Side family didn't care us include baby.

Bergantung pada tahap bacaan jaundice anak tu. Kalau dah sampai tahap bacaan yg ditetapkan klinik, doktor putuskan tak oerlu datang cek lagi.

We went to KK for 2 weeks straight, until the reading is at a normal range. Siap check baby ada thyroid ke tak, pee normal or not 🥲

Depends on the jaundice level, you will stop going to KK once the jaundice levels have returned to a normal range.
