intrauterine pregnancy

my ultrasound findings is intrauterine pregnancy 6 weeks and 5 days age of gestation by GS..and suggest repeat ultrasound 2 weeks after to determine its viability..there is no significant amount of fluid in the cul de sac.. what does this mean? is this good or bad...
