No Cardiac Activity 2nd ultrasound follow up

IMPRESSION: Single intrauterine embryo. No cardiac activity seen. There is discordance between the gestational sac age (7 weeks 6 days) and the crown-rump length age (6 weeks 2 days). Clinical correlation is needed. Irregular mens po ako and diagnosed with PCOS. Ano po meaning? May pag asa pa po ba na magka heartbeat pa si baby. 🥺🥺🥺

Magka iba ang findings sa AOG mo sa sukat ng ultrasound mo. Wala ba inexplain si Doc sayo? Usually ma determine ang age talaga once magka heatbeat na kaya sinabi na icorrelate clinically ang situation mo.

Yes. Pero magpa check-up ka na sa OB
