Does Hemmorhoids gone after giving birth? ?

Turning 4 months when i feel something strange on my anal section. It bothers me a lot especially when it hurts too much usually after poops. Im on my 5th month and 15days. I hope it will gone after giving birth coz since then i didnt experience this.
