Is it true that you'll get pasmado if you wash or take a bath after cooking or ironing clothes?

Based from experience, I did. I wasn't pasmado at all before I did all the chores at home. In fact, my skin is so dry and I do not sweat a lot. But after months of doing the laundry, ironing clothes then taking a bath, my palms became so sweaty. My mom used to tell me not to take a bath or even wash hands after exposing myself to too much heat like whe ironing clothes. In the end, mothers know best.

I haven't experienced this as well. The only time I remember na napasma ako was when I skipped meals and it happened several times. I really felt my hands became so sweaty and I knew it was because nalipasan ako ng gutom.

In my case, I haven't experienced being pasmado even if I've taken a bath right after cooking. I don't know, maybe it's a different case for different persons, I guess? :)
