Hi momsh! That's not true. As long as kinikilala naman ng father ung bata and he agreed to use his surname that's fine regardless if kasal or hindi. My two kids is using their father's surname pero di pa kami kasal. I just gave birth to my 2nd child last 24 and wala namang sinabi about that.
Not true. Basta acknowledged ng father maaaring gamitin ang kanyang apelyido.
