Travel insurance for 1st tri

Any travel ins covers 1st tri pregnancy related medical expenses ? I checked AXA and aviva also not cover. I am now 10 weeks.

Best not to travel since only 1st Tri But ask around because pregnancy coverage is hard to find and cover
