Bleeding? Miscarriage?

Took a pregnancy test a month ago and result is pregnant. Have yet to visit the doc. Today at about 4am, I woke up with bleeding. It feels like watery discharge but when check, there was blood. A big patch on my undies. No mucus. At 6am woke up and there is only little blood. Is this signs of miscarriage? What are the other symptoms should I take note off? Do i need go doc asap?
