Would it be too late to start engaging a CN after the first trimester? Heard some horror stories about incompetent nannies, and would like to seek friend/relative recommendations before engaging one. However, as I’m still at the 2nd mth mark, still keeping the pregnancy a secret hence it’s abit hard to ask for recommendations. Also worried that the CN are snapping up fast (due to potential dragon baby boom ) Such a dilemma now…
