Confinement nanny during COVID

Hi mummies and mummies to be, I have engaged a CN and want to ask if you all perform ART when the CN arrive to your place? Should I also perform PCR test? We are willing to pay for the home nurse to come to do the test (around $200+) #covid19 Just want to make sure as the CN will be staying with us for a month
