Kind of bloated

Today while changing my daughter diaper, i just realise that while rubbing her head i can feel like my daughter head at behind kind of bloated, i dun dare to press hard.. My heart beating fast when i feel like that.. Her feeding wise seems to be normal, no fever, no vomiting.. my daughter was only 1 year 1 month.. I was very concerned because this is internal and cannot be seen whats happening inside her head and told my husband that i want to send to hospital... Anyone mummies went through like this before? kindly advise..
