Blotted tips and prevention?

Hi, any tips po or ways para mabawasan or mawala pagka blotted? First time mommy po, 9 weeks preggy pero kahit konting kain ang blotted ko na. Constipated din. I can't help but to feel insecure. Starting to feel down dahil dito. I'm 22 years old and used to have a slim body kaya sobrang naninibago ako ngayon. Thank you po.

It's normal for early pregnancy ang bloated nd constipation dahil s pgbbago ng hormones. To lesen constipation, more on gulay and fruits k po, iwasan or less red met muna. Ako rin hanggang ngayon I'm not emotionally oky with all these body changes parang nakakadepress but I think it's all because of hormones.

Galaw galaw ka mii,kung di ka nman maselan lakad2x ka or daldalin mo partner mo para makalabas hangin sa tiyan mo. Kain ka din watery fruits like watermelon,nakakalambot yun ng poops then inom madaming water.

that's part of paglilihi, you just have to deal with it. don't worry mawawala din yan eventually. 🙂 kain ka fiber rich foods and more water intake para sa constipation. that's also normal sa pagbubuntis.

do u mean bloated? Wala mi normal yan.. ako hanggang 2nd tri bloated ako dighay din ako ng dighay. bat ka namn ma iinsecure malamang lalaki katawan and tummy mo cause your pregnant. lol
