Any tips for leg cramp? Currently 22 weeks and the cramps are getting more and more frequent.

Consume more milk and elevate ur legs with pillow when sleeping does alleviate the occurrence of leg cramps
what i tried was wearing compression socks and i sleep slightly elevated. It helps with my bad leg cramps
I used Ebene socks (the socks with tourmaline), they keep your feet warm and prevent cramps. try it!

What has worked really well for me is to do a simple leg stretch before I sleep every night
Try putting your leg on a pillow when you sleep at night. It helps to reduce cramp!
Elevate ur legs with a pillow when u sleep. Drink more water and milk helps too.
Take calsium and magnesium pill or make sure to drinks lot of milk. 💕
