Hemorrhoid, tail bone pain, night leg cramps

oh boyyy, haemmorroids. i had bad constipation during my 1st trimester and it was a nightmare. i bleed whenever i poop because i need to strain myself else nothing will ever come out. gynae gave my figs syrup anf it kinda helps soften the stool. i am currently 36weeks and still have haemorroids. i use haemorroid cream and globules, it is still potruding but no pain like before. and each time i pee i push it back in. its parts of the pregnancy symptoms, hoping it will go away once birth.
