Just Mums

Labour

Any tips for labour to minimise the pain? Feeling excited, nervous and fear. I'm 36 weeks now..saw things like 2nd degree tear, 3rd degree tear, or even padsicles to soothe the area! Also saw to get a heating pillow or blanket for the abodominal area to manage the contraction pain.
