Headaches are common during pregnancy. But you should flag out your migraines to your gynae at your next visit just to check. I had frequent headaches too in my first trimester till ard mid of my second trimester. Now at 21 weeks and the frequency seems to be decreasing. But mine is not so bad until want to vomit.

I’m relying totally on diclectin to ease my nausea migraine… I skip calcium pills because it worsen my migraine… so I’m taking Kinohimitsu lady superfood as replacement for the calcium pill…

Seems normal. Had headache for 2-3 days, then took Tylenol once as Acetaminophen is considered safe for pregnancy. Headaches eased and wasn’t required to take for 2nd time.
